• GPS location — collected only at the moment a worker clocks in or clocks out of a job

Device Information

• Push notification device tokens (used to deliver work-related alerts to your device)

Work-Related Data

• Timecards (clock-in/clock-out records and total hours)
• Job assignments and job site details
• Material requests and related notes

3. How We Use Your Information

All data collected is used solely for internal business operations, including:

• Tracking and recording employee work hours for payroll purposes
• Verifying job site arrival and departure using clock-in/clock-out location data
• Coordinating and managing job assignments across crews
• Sending work-related push notifications (schedule updates, job assignments, etc.)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to MPC's internal business operations.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is securely stored using Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to the database is restricted to authorized MPC personnel and protected by authentication rules. We do not store your GPS coordinates beyond what is necessary to record a clock-in or clock-out event.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as it is needed to support business and payroll operations, or as required by applicable law. If you leave the company, your account will be deactivated and your personal data will be retained only for the period required to fulfill legal, tax, or payroll obligations, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.

As a user of Brush Hub, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
